These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Inch Schedule, the website at swayge.com, and any other applications or services offered by Swayge (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Swayge," "we," or "us"). By using these applications or services, you agree to these Terms.
01 The application
Inch Schedule is a free application provided to help you organize a class schedule. It is an offline tool: it does not require an account, does not store your data on our servers, and does not require an internet connection during normal use. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
02 License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform from which you obtained the application (such as Google Play).
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except where this is permitted by applicable law; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the application; (c) remove any copyright or proprietary notices; (d) use the application in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others; or (e) attempt to interfere with the application's normal operation.
03 Your content
Any content you create within the application — your schedule entries, notes, and preferences — is yours. Because Inch Schedule stores this content only on your device, we have no ability to access, modify, or share it. You are responsible for backing up your own data (the application provides an export feature for this purpose).
04 Pricing and payment
Inch Schedule is offered as a 7-day free trial on Apple App Store and Google Play, after which a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase of US$2.99 unlocks lifetime access on the active platform account (Apple ID or Google account). There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no advertising.
The purchase is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not see, receive, or store your payment details. A receipt identifier returned by the platform is stored only on your device, so that "Restore Purchases" works after a reinstall. See our Privacy Policy § 06 for details.
05 Refunds
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. To request a refund:

If you encounter difficulty contacting Apple or Google about a refund, you may reach out to support@swayge.cn and we will help where we can, but we have no authority over store-mediated refund decisions.
06 Updates and changes to the application
We may release updates to the application from time to time. We are not obligated to provide updates, and we may at our discretion change, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the application. We will not, however, push remote changes to your device that delete or alter the schedule data you have stored locally.
07 No warranty
The application and the website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the application will meet your requirements, will be available without interruption, or will be free from errors or defects.
While we take reasonable care to make the application reliable, you should not rely on it as the sole source of information about your schedule. Always verify important commitments through official sources (your school's official schedule, your instructors, etc.).
08 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swayge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the application or the website.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
09 Termination
You may stop using the application at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your access to the application or website if you materially breach these Terms. Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination (such as the limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
10 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the application or website will be resolved in the People's Court of Qiantang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
11 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the application or website after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
