This Privacy Policy describes how Swayge (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd. ("Swayge," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Inch Schedule on the App Store and Google Play, and our website at swayge.com.
We have written this policy to be plain and specific, rather than long and vague. If anything is unclear, please contact us at support@swayge.com.
Mainland China users — Inch Schedule on China Android stores (Huawei AppGallery / Xiaomi GetApps / OPPO Software Store / vivo App Store / Tencent MyApp) is operated through swayge.cn, which has its own privacy policy covering the activation-code license model used in those stores.
01 The short version
Inch Schedule is a fully offline application. All data you enter — class names, times, locations, notes — is stored only on your device. The app does not transmit this information to us or to any third party. We do not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking SDKs. There is no account system. The only commercial transaction is handled entirely by Apple or Google in their respective in-app purchase flows.

02 Information we do not collect
The following categories of information are not collected by Inch Schedule:
- Personal identifiers — no name, email, phone number, or account credentials
- Advertising identifiers — no IDFA, advertising ID, or persistent ad identifiers
- Device identifiers — no IMEI, MAC address, or persistent device IDs
- Location data — we do not request or use any location permission
- Contacts — we do not access your contacts list
- Photos, media, or files outside the app's own storage
- Usage analytics — we do not log how you use the app or which features you open
- Crash reports — we do not send crash data to any third-party service
- Microphone, camera, or sensor data
Because none of this is collected, none of it is transmitted, stored on our servers, or shared with anyone.
03 Information stored on your device
Inch Schedule stores the following information locally on your device, in storage that is private to the application:
- The schedule data you enter (class names, times, locations, notes, color choices)
- Your app preferences (display options, notification settings, week numbering)
- Backup files you explicitly export
- A receipt identifier returned by the in-app purchase, used so that "Restore Purchases" works after a reinstall
This information is not accessible to us. When you uninstall the app, this data is deleted from your device by the operating system.
04 Permissions the app may request
Inch Schedule may request the following Android permissions:
Post notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)
Required only if you choose to enable class reminders. Notifications are scheduled and delivered locally on your device by the Android operating system. We do not send push notifications from a server, and we do not have access to a list of notifications we've sent you. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Schedule exact alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM) — Android 12 and later
Used so that class reminders fire at precisely the time you set, rather than being deferred by the system. Used only for local reminders, never for any network activity.
Boot completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED)
Used to re-register your local class reminders after the device restarts. Without this, your reminders would silently stop working until you next opened the app.
05 Network activity
Inch Schedule makes no network requests during normal use. The app does not connect to any Swayge-operated server. The only commercial network activity occurs inside Apple's or Google's in-app purchase systems, which are operated entirely by them — see § 06.
06 In-app purchase
Inch Schedule on the App Store and Google Play is sold through Apple's and Google's official in-app purchase systems. When you make a purchase:
- The transaction is processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not see, receive, or store your payment details — Apple and Google do.
- A receipt identifier is returned to the app and stored only on your device, so that "Restore Purchases" works after a reinstall. The receipt itself is held by Apple or Google.
- Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play directly. Please use their refund flow — we cannot process refunds for these channels.
- We do not link the purchase to a personal account, an email address, or any analytics profile, because we maintain none of those.
The product is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — $2.99 USD worldwide — that unlocks the app for the lifetime of the install.
07 The Swayge website
Our website at swayge.com is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may automatically log standard server information (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) for the purpose of operating the infrastructure, providing security against attacks, and producing aggregated traffic statistics. We do not run any additional analytics or tracking on the website. We do not use advertising cookies. The site uses Google Fonts to load typefaces; Google's use of any associated information is governed by their own policies.
08 Children's privacy
Inch Schedule is intended primarily for high school and university students, including users who may be under the age of 18. Because the app collects no personal information whatsoever, it does not collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly process information from any user that would identify them.

09 Account deletion
Inch Schedule does not use accounts and stores no data on our servers. To remove all data associated with the app, simply uninstall it from your device. The Android or iOS operating system will delete the app's local storage as part of the uninstall process.
If you have ever contacted us by email at support@swayge.com and would like us to delete your support correspondence, please email us with that request and we will delete it within 30 days.
10 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights regarding personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port information that a company holds about you, and the right to object to certain processing. Because we do not collect personal information through Inch Schedule, in practice there is no information for us to access, correct, delete, or port.
For information you have shared with us via email, you may exercise these rights by contacting us at support@swayge.com. We will respond within 30 days.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our applications, our practices, or applicable law. When we make a change that materially affects how we handle information, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if the change is significant, we will provide notice within the applications themselves and request renewed consent on first launch of the new version.
